Shipping and Payment

A. Shipping costs and information:

By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done via DHL or a freight forwarding company. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the information provided below.

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (info@holivo.de) and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

We charge for shipping within Germany For orders with a shopping cart value of up to €59.99, shipping costs amount to €4.99.

From a shopping cart value of €60.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.

I. When shipping within the European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

• Shopypay (direct debit, credit card, purchase on account, Apple Pay, Giropay, SOFORT)
• Payment in advance

II. Detailed information about the individual payment options:

1. Paypal

If you would like to pay via PayPal, you will need your PayPal customer account. After you have clicked on "Order with payment", a new window will open where you can log in with your PayPal details and then make the payment. You can also find further information about PayPal at https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/ recall.

2. Molly

Through Moliie we have the option of offering you the payment methods purchase on account, credit card purchase, direct debit, Apple Pay, Giropay and SOFORT . After you have clicked on "Order with payment", a new window will open and you will be redirected to Mollie, where you can enter your details. If you have selected “purchase on account”, please note that you should not transfer the amount due to us, but rather to Klarna within 14 days.

3. Advance payment

You transfer the amount for your order to the account specified in the order confirmation email. Use your order number as reference. Once the amount has been credited to our account, we will ship the goods.

C. Delivery times

The delivery time depends on your selected item.

• For items without engraving the delivery time is to Germany 2-4 working days. Outside Germany the delivery time is 3-6 working days.
• For items with engraving, the delivery time is to Germany 4-7 working days, as we need additional time to provide your product with your individual desired engraving. Outside Germany the delivery time is 6-10 working days.

Information on calculating the delivery date:

When paying in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.
